We open a hands-on seminar on mountain vegetables on 19 May in Tochikubo Village, Minami-uo-numa, Niigata Pref with a local elder who is an expert on the topic. The area just starts to see fresh green, having 3-meter snow is finally gone. Very refreshing

From March 27 to 29, ecoplus organized a snow camp in Shimizu, Minamiuonuma, Niigata. Fifteen children between 4th and 8th grade, from Minamiuonuma, Osaka, Gifu, Aichi and Kanagawa, participated.
